The worst customer service with no phone number to call in case of problem. For 4 months, they charged me for 2 licenses for the same device after merging my 2 accounts. They refused to refund me. I don't recommend you to engage customer services. with the Graphpad licensing as an independent person except your company purchase the license for you and you don't need to deal with this.
